Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

For issue relating to sizing or personal preference (i.e. sizing, styling or other personal reasons),

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For issues relating to manufacturing defects (i.e. Weaving issues, defective product, etc…).

Due to the strenuous nature of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been depreciated due to heavy use (even if during a short period). Lapels torn free, belt loops detached, and tears across thinner fabrics are examples of this: unless it can be shown that the depreciation was due to a manufacturer defect (missed stitching, missing reinforcements, etc…)

Please inspect your product upon arrival for such defects as mentioned above. If, within thirty days, a defect is discovered, please contact us immediately at customerservice@yolobjj.com. It may be requested that photos or other evidence of the defect be sent to us for inspection. Should a manufacturing defect be evident, we will refund the item or replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (not applicable in relation to manufacturer defects). Shipping costs are non­-refundable. Your chosen shipping method should include a tracking number for your security. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive to our return center.
